Updated Wednesday 16th July
We set off from Cagliari at last on Monday 23rd June, and spending one day at anchor off Sicily, we arrived at Mgarr on the Maltese island of Gozo on Friday 27th June. This was a passage of 310 nm if the crow flew at 125 degrees. We tacked over towards Tunisia because of the winds.
In Malta, we spent some time relaxing on the west coast of Gozo, before coming over to Valetta on the east coast of Malta for two days.
The passage to Greece was uneventful. The winds blew much as advertised, and we were able to sail for much of the way, logging 377.5 nautical miles in 67.5 hours, arriving on Monday morning, 7th July.
Since then, we have been cruising in the Gulf of Amvrakia.
We plan to be in Turkey by mid September.
We are currently relying on our UK mobile for any urgent communication.. See our contact details page.
Apologies for the lack of photos at present..
